GR2019 Announced – Dublin 17th -19th May 2019

Posted on 4 Comments

The Gospel Rising Music Festival is on the move to Dublin City for 2019. For the 10th(!) annual gospel choir music festival we’re off to the big smoke on the 17th-19th May 2019 for more workshops, gigs and fun times together learning, sharing and enjoying gospel choir music.

We plan to base the festival right in the city centre, where there are plenty of venues, pubs and accommodation to choose from. The approximate area where the workshop venues will be are between O’Connell St & Gardiner St and Dorset St & the River Liffey.

Plenty more information to come over the coming months, and workshop booking will open February 2019.

In the meantime, book your accommodation and enjoy our great This is Me video, recorded in Galway during Gospel Rising Music Festival 2018.

I am just enquiring about attending Gidpel rising. We are a choir based in Kildare and I am just wondering g if you do individual choir workshops or us it general. It would be great to get the whole choir together for this weekend. Do u recommend the whole weekend or different workshops etc. Any information would be great. Thank you, Tanya Sheridan

Weekend passes will be on sale in February. Tickets to individual events will be released depending on availability in the weeks following. Prior to that we will have details of each workshop published so you can choose workshops that suit you and your choir the best.
