Festival programme update!

Announcing some key changes to the Gospel Rising Music Festival programme.

Due to lingering challenges for many choirs and singing groups across the country since the Covid-19 pandemic began, we have reluctantly made the decision to downsize this year’s festival to a one-day event on Sunday, 19th June. This decision did not come lightly as the team of volunteer organisers have been working hard on festival plans since 2019.

But it’s not all doom and gloom!

We are instead focusing all our energy and resources on Super Soul Sunday which will feature two workshops and a big, free outdoor concert featuring some of Ireland’s finest choirs and singing groups including Shannon Gospel Choir, Belle Harmonics, Discovery Gospel Choir, Forget Me Nots choir and more to be announced.

We’ll also have food trucks, children’s entertainment, picnic tables – the works – so you can make a day of it!

We hope we’ll see you in Mountjoy Square Park on Sunday June 19th.

If you booked a weekend pass, you’ll have received an email from the organising team with details of your refund and a complimentary pass to a Sunday morning workshop. If you didn’t receive this email, please contact bookings@gospelrising.com.
